The spacious, well-kept room had a comfortable double bed, a lovely view, and good heating.

Had a decent overall experience! I've stayed at this place before and the rooms are always well-kept and spacious with a comfy double bed. Everything was pretty good, although the bathroom was on the smaller side. 🛁

We loved the convenient location of this hotel - it's just a short walk from the JR station and a variety of shopping and dining options. The hotel facilities were great too, with free Wi-Fi and LAN, a hair dryer, mini-fridge, and even complimentary toffees. The room was super clean and had all the necessary amenities like Yukata robes and toiletries. the staff were kind and attentive, and they even placed our rooms next to each other upon our request.

Excellent location, just steps away from the Hakata station. I had a pleasant surprise upon arrival after a long flight. The hotel was a great value for the price. Nearby attractions like Canal City and various dining options made it even better. The vending machines on every floor were convenient. The staff was friendly and efficient, speaking English fluently. Despite a few minor issues, such as a slight smell of smoke and a small bathroom, I found the single room comfortable and well-equipped. I would highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and affordability.
